Return Policy

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Clothing & accessories –  Drivn Apparel will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. 

If you need to exchange for a different size or if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within 14 days after receiving your item. Simply take a photo of the item and the error, and send to us at feedback@drivnapparel.com. We will process your exchange within 48 hours.

Please note Skateboards, Fitted Caps, Bags, Accessories, Shoes or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Packages sent to us for an exchange without first contacting us can not be accepted. 

Fitted caps –  If you are new to wearing fitted caps, we sincerely urge you to measure your head size correctly for a perfect fit prior to ordering and you will be happy you did.

For a little assistance, please view the following video that explains how to obtain your proper hat size. Remember, if you are in between sizes, order the larger size and if you don't have a soft tape just use a piece of string to mark your measurements . 

 

Beaux Arts – All artwork sales are final.

Wrong Address –  If you provide us with an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed at your doorstep or specified shipment location are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment back to you if applicable.

Notification for EU consumers - According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore DR/VN reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
